Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

• Orders may require up to seven (7) business days to process.

• Processing occurs Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

• Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. Federal Holidays.

• Tracking information will be provided to the email address on file once the order has been prepared for shipment.

• Certain orders may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

2. Shipping Carrier

• The United States Postal Service (USPS) is our primary shipping provider.

• USPS delivers Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. Federal Holidays.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Priority Mail shipments typically arrive within two (2) to three (3) business days.

• Other shipping methods may require up to seven (7) business days for delivery.
